110-300-0165(2)(c) - Electrical cords were observed on the floor in some classrooms, accessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - A small refrigerator in the Green classroom was placed on the floor without a safety lock. 110-300-0165(3)(f) - Freestanding lamps were not properly secured in the Teal classroom. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - A basketball with a torn cover was observed on the playground.
